Prior to commencement of the engagement, we would require client to provide us the following:

  1. Request for proposal via email icv@al-nabit.com.
  2. Statutory Documents of the Company.
  3. Completed ICV scorecard template.
  4. Audited Financial Statements used to complete ICV scorecard template.


Scope of Work
Our work will be carried out under the guidance of ISRS 4400 - Agreed-Upon Procedures where specific procedures mandated by Tawteen will be carried out to facilitate the issuance of the certificate. We will, in accordance with the ICV guidelines:

  • Review the scorecard prepared by client.
  • Select samples and carry out verification.
  • Issue draft certificate and report to client for confirmation.
  • Issue the Final ICV certificate.
